Welcome to RPM Mechanical (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, visiting our website, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
RPM Mechanical specializes in mechanical, HVAC, and related maintenance, repair, and installation services. Specific service details, timelines, and costs will be outlined in your service agreement or estimate.
2. Quotations & Estimates
All price estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final costs may vary depending on project scope, unforeseen conditions, or additional services requested. Any changes will be communicated and approved before work continues.
3. Scheduling & Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the worksite and necessary utilities for our technicians to complete the work. We will make every effort to meet scheduled appointment times but are not liable for delays due to weather, supplier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due as outlined in your invoice or service contract.
We accept payment methods: credit card, check, bank transfer, etc..
Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection fees.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
Equipment warranties are provided according to the manufacturer's terms.
Labor warranties (if applicable) will be specified in your service agreement.
Warranties are void if equipment is altered, improperly maintained, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for exceptional quality and safety, RPM Mechanical is not liable for:
Incidental or consequential damages arising from service delays or equipment failure.
Issues caused by pre-existing conditions, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Follow all maintenance recommendations to preserve warranties.
Notify us promptly of any issues after service completion.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within less than 24 hours may be subject to a service fee.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer data and only use it to fulfill services and communicate with you.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
